Description
Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to join The Recovery Village Palm Beach in partnership with Baptist Health. This role supports a patient-centered environment dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based addiction and mental health care. As part of the Advanced Recovery Systems family, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Through its partnership with Baptist Health, the facility is committed to comprehensive, high-quality care.
The Behavioral Health Supervisor plays an important role in supporting patients, leading frontline staff, and maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment throughout the assigned shift.
The Behavioral Health Supervisor oversees Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Senior BHTs, and Drivers, as applicable, during their assigned shift. This position works closely with the Behavioral Health Manager, Director of Nursing, and Charge Nurse to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
