Client Operations & Finance Analyst

The Ronin Admin uses the Ronin process to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and financial support across multiple clients. This role manages day-to-day financial workflows, maintains accurate and organized documentation, and supports month-end close activities and reporting.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple client priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, client-service environment. Real-world experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.

• Duties & Responsibilities
• Purchase Order processing (Generate, Submit, Track, and 3-way matching)
• Month-End activities (transaction matching, assisting with bank reconciliation, journal entries)
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing
• Accurate maintenance of financial records and process documentation
• Work with accounting and finance systems and maintain accurate data across platforms

Assist with other reporting, administrative tasks, and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ year of prior employment experience in bookkeeping, finance, and/or accounting
• Prior employment experience in administration and/or business analytics
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise creativity and independent judgment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
