Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the product portfolio.
Promote and sell: Marine fenders
Floating and submarine hoses
STS transfer equipment
Mooring and berthing equipment
Ancillary marine products
Identify and develop new business opportunities across marine, offshore, port, energy, and defence sectors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Represent Top Fenders at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Maintain regular contact with key accounts and decision-makers.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Commercial Activities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry developments and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements
