Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy to support continued growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team by providing financial analysis, recommendations, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal control functions.

Partner with technology, operations, and clinical leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities that reduce administrative burden, optimize workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and create measurable business value.
Develop financial models and ROI analyses for technology investments, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise automation projects.
Drive the implementation of business intelligence and predictive analytics tools to improve decision-making, workforce planning, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
Establish governance and financial oversight for AI and emerging technology initiatives to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant implementation.
Champion innovation and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization while balancing risk management and fiscal responsibility.
