Vision Point Systems, Inc. (VPS) is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on technical and client-facing position for someone who can independently deliver complex Appian solutions while providing technical guidance to other members of the development team.
You will work directly with clients to understand business challenges, translate requirements into effective technical solutions, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle. Depending on the engagement, you may also lead a small development team or pod, conduct design and code reviews, establish development patterns, and mentor less-experienced consultants.
As Appian continues to expand its AI and automation capabilities, you will also have opportunities to work with emerging platform capabilities and help clients identify practical ways to incorporate AI into their business processes.
