The Investor Services Associate should exhibit strong technical and analytical skills. Candidates should be driven, detailed and team-oriented with innovative ideas and solutions who thrive on challenges in a dynamic environment.
In addition, the successful candidate must meet the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of financial industry experience
Series 7 and Series 63, preferred
Strong Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Identify and summarize issues and recommendations
Work efficiently in a deadline driven environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work independently in a team‐oriented environment
Adaptable and collaborative
Strong understanding of the high net worth and Financial Advisor operating model
Knowledge of alternative investment funds and operational terms is helpful
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients

Expected annual base salary range: $130,000 - $175,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
