Definition: Responsible for a wide variety of tasks in planning and implementing the energy conservation improvement. The responsibilities include completing energy audits, completing building condition inspections; developing job work lists, scheduling projects; The Auditor works under the direction of the Weatherization Program Manager.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Energy Auditing and Energy Conservation Education
- Prepare energy audit/heat loss analysis and building condition inspections that identifies cost effective improvements and health and safety problems
- Develop improvement work lists for each project
- Prepare and execute Owner Agreements, and
- Integrate energy conservation education with each improvement project
- Construction Management
- Prepare and maintain a 1 to 2 month production and project schedule for energy audits, and energy conservation work
Prepare bid packages, solicit bids from contractors and review the submitted bids, Prepare vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules and ensures that all maintenance is completed as needed
