In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing issues, and helping to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to support company goals and deliver high-quality service.
