*This role is 100% on-site at one of our Louisiana or Mississippi offices*
The support our Transaction Coordinators provide lets our Agents focus on building client relationships and growing their businesses. Our team provides comprehensive support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth closing process. From document preparation and deadline tracking to regular updates for all parties and submitting deals for payout, you will support Agents and clients at every stage.
You will also collaborate closely with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, utilizing your extensive experience and strong industry contacts for each contract you process.
At Compass, You Will:
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
