The role

As a Commerce Product Strategist

, you are passionate about transforming complex customer experiences into unified, scalable digital commerce ecosystems. You bring 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience, commerce, consulting, or transformation programs, with a proven ability to align business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities.

You thrive in ambiguity, quickly synthesize complex inputs, and help organizations define a clear path toward a modern commerce vision.

• Role Responsibilities
• Lead Commerce Vision & Strategic Alignment
• Partner with client executives and senior stakeholders to define a unified commerce strategy aligned to business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Facilitate alignment across business units, product teams, sales organizations, marketing teams, and digital leaders.
• Help organizations navigate transformation initiatives stemming from acquisitions, mergers, or business expansion.
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable commerce experience roadmaps.
• Drive Product Strategy & Backlog Definition
• Partner with client stakeholders to define product vision, strategic priorities, and business outcomes.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and market opportunities into structured product requirements.
• Create, manage, and maintain prioritized product backlogs that guide delivery teams.
• Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Balance strategic thinking with execution planning to ensure teams are working on the highest-value initiatives.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and roadmap planning sessions with client stakeholders.
• Define Future-State Customer & Commerce Experiences
• Analyze and unify complex customer journeys across multiple audiences, business units, and digital touchpoints.
• Develop persona frameworks that align customer needs with business priorities.
• Identify friction points, experience gaps, and opportunities within the commerce ecosystem.
• Define future-state commerce experiences that deliver customer value while supporting organizational goals.
• Turn Research

• Strategic Direction
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder interviews, customer insights, market dynamics, and business objectives.
• Understand competitive landscapes and commerce trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex information into clear frameworks, narratives, and decision-making tools.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that guide experience design, platform implementation, and organizational change.
• Connect Business Strategy, Experience, and Technology
• Collaborate closely with experience, design, technology, architecture, product, and delivery teams.
• Ensure commerce strategies are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities, including Adobe Commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, Shopify Enterprise, or similar commerce platforms.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• B2B commerce experience.
• Familiarity with digital transformation programs and customer experience modernization efforts.
• Consulting or agency background preferred.

. The offered salary range is

$115,000 - $150,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
