How You Will Make an Impact:
The HSE Specialist partners with the Safety Manager to drive the region toward Atlas health and safety objectives, working alongside operations leaders, safety personnel, and field employees to reduce the frequency and severity of personal injuries, motor vehicle incidents, property damage, and environmental releases. This is a hands-on, field-based role: conducting assessments and inspections, investigating incidents to root cause, delivering training, managing workers’ compensation cases, and verifying that corrective actions hold.
