WHOOP is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Quality to lead field quality across our Hardware and Accessories & Apparel (A&A) portfolio and oversee our Failure Analysis function and Quality Lab. Reporting to the Vice President of Hardware Quality, you will translate the broader quality strategy into scalable programs, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes that improve product quality and the member experience.
You will connect field performance, member feedback, failure analysis, manufacturing and supplier data, and product insights to identify emerging risks, drive root cause and corrective action, and ensure learnings from the field influence future product and process decisions.
