WHOOP is hiring an Associate Director of Electrical Engineering to lead electrical engineering execution across New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Improvement (CI) for a WHOOP hardware product line. You will lead a team of electrical engineers responsible for bringing new hardware from development through production and continuously improving products already in the field.
As the electrical engineering leader for the product line, you will ensure strong technical execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and build a team that delivers reliable, high-quality hardware at scale.
