The Sales Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and follow-up of a sales plan that will create opportunities for the proliferation of the company’s products and services to commercial airline operators.
- Core Responsibilities
- Cultivate successful customer relationships that focus on mutual benefit, maximize the partnership potential, and drive to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for each appointed customer, and be a customer advocate for them within the organization
- Visit customers on a regular basis
- Develop well-organized, informative proposals in response to customer requests. Solicit and coordinate other internal resources when needed or desired
