We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Mission Systems organization. This role blends a traditional Business Analyst position with light Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses on ensuring clarity of requirements, strong delivery execution, and effective cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise technology teams to ensure initiatives are well-defined and delivered without disruption due to missing or unclear details.
The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, proactive, and experienced working on projects involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, without requiring hands-on configuration or development experience in those tools.
