We are looking for an organized, quick-thinking Dispatcher who can keep technicians moving, customers informed, and a busy service schedule running smoothly.

Job Duties

• Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, skill set, priority, and customer needs
• Manage and adjust the daily service schedule throughout the day
• Monitor technician progress and keep calls moving efficiently
• Communicate schedule changes and arrival updates to customers
• Work closely with technicians, CSRs, managers, and field leadership
• Prioritize emergency and high-priority calls
• Help maximize technician productivity and minimize drive time
• Maintain accurate notes and job information in the dispatching system
• Respond quickly when schedules change, calls run long, or emergencies arise
• Support customers and field teams in a fast-paced service environment
• Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of dispatching experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services dispatch experience strongly preferred
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and calls at the same time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and adjust quickly when priorities change
• Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling/dispatch software
• Service Titan experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of local geography and efficient routing is a plus
