The Role

As a BDR/SDR supporting our GTM for Agentic Products team, you will play a critical role in helping CommerceIQ build pipeline and create new relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging the right decision-makers, developing creative outbound strategies, and generating qualified opportunities for our GTM team. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building something new, enjoys experimenting with different approaches, and wants to develop a strong foundation for a career in sales, partnerships, or go-to-market leadership.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just want to follow a playbook — but wants to help build one.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage senior-level decision-makers across target accounts through a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other creative outbound channels.
• Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to develop highly personalized and relevant outreach.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the GTM team focused on CommerceIQ's Agentic Products.
• Partner closely with Account Executives, GTM leaders, Product, and Marketing to develop and refine outbound strategies.
• Become knowledgeable about CommerceIQ's Agentic Products, AI capabilities, and the evolving commerce and retail technology landscape.
• Experiment with messaging, outreach strategies, and new prospecting approaches to continuously improve conversion and pipeline generation.
• Use AI tools and technologies to improve prospect research, personalization, productivity, and outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within CRM and other GTM systems.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and objections with the broader GTM and Product teams.
• Help build and scale the outbound motion as CommerceIQ continues to bring innovative AI products to market.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, ecommerce, retail media, SaaS, or emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, personalized outreach.
• Naturally curious with strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior-level executives and business leaders.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to experiment, learn, and improve quickly.
• Experience using sales and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, sequencing tools, and AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office, highly cross-functional environment in Mountain View, CA.
