Conference & Events Manager
We’re seeking a Conference & Events Manager to join our Operations team. The Conference & Events Manager will report directly to the Venue Manager.
Please note: The candidate must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
What You’ll Do:
- The Conference and Events Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of all programs while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. The Conference and Events Manager is expected to share ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
- Supervise and set up the culinary service quickly and efficiently for participants and ensure that it follows The Program Execution Order
- Supervise the service team and support staff including setup, utilities, maintenance, and security
- Coordinate culinary service between the culinary team and service team
- Keep culinary informed of accurate counts
- Review menu/service with production and culinary teams
