The Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Customer Segments, is responsible for developing and executing the commercial marketing strategy to engage hospital executives and administrative decision-makers across the Mako SmartRobotics and Mako RPS portfolio across various sites of case.
In this role, you will drive awareness, consideration, and capital purchasing decisions among value analysis committees (VACs), CEOs, CFOs, COOs, service line leaders, and other key stakeholders by articulating the clinical, operational, and financial value of Stryker’s enabling technologies.
What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of integrated national marketing campaigns aligned with the capital funnel strategy, including digital engagement, advertising, executive-focused content, and high-impact customer experiences.
- Develop compelling economic value tools and resources, including ROI calculators, business case templates, and health economic materials that demonstrate the institutional value and impact of Mako technologies.
