The Senior Director, People Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the Global Chief Revenue officer and Sales Leadership team and helps align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Provides strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups, along with consultation and delivery of People programs to achieve key commercial objectives
