Business Consultant
Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Business Consultant to own the full sales lifecycle and drive market expansion. This role focuses on aggressive prospecting, using channel partner networks, and negotiating high-value agreements with executive-level clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Grow the territory through cold outreach, networking, and strategic channel partner relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, needs analysis, executive presentations, and pricing/contract negotiations.
- Ensure client success by maintaining ownership through post-sale and implementation phases for smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Travel domestically for client meetings, industry conferences, and team on-sites as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills; ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications; valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, organized, adaptable problem-solver with strong ethics and confidentiality.
