About the Role
At ZT Systems, we are continuously constructing new manufacturing facilities and R&D labs and retrofitting our current facilities to meet the ever-changing demands of our products. ZT is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing Construction Management team. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to all phases of construction, from design and planning, through procurement, implementation, and turnover.
The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects related to engineering lab buildouts, facility expansions for manufacturing, and energy/utility upgrades. You will be the key interface between ZT’s internal stakeholders in operations and research and development, and our construction management team as well as our architectural/engineering partners. As such, the role requires a combination of both technical construction knowledge, especially with mechanical and electrical building systems, and project management
skills. Relevant experience in the planning, design, and construction of manufacturing or industrial facilities is highly desired but not required.
