Executive Directors, Enterprise Partnerships are the business leads for large, strategic hospital and health system accounts. They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. Executive Directors partner with Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions.
The Executive Director, Enterprise Partnerships, will be pivotal in building Aledade’s service model in the Minnesota market and beyond for a core group of strategic partners.
Primary Duties:: Responsibilities
Manages at least one large hospital and health system partner, including all relevant value based contracts and Aledade lives under management (LUM)
Works with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for their account(s).
Is responsible for business development and relationship management at the account level.
Provides support and direction to operations teams and subject matter experts working on Aledade’s Enterprise Performance team.
Assumes financial accountability for their account(s) with a focus on operational excellence.
