Job Description Summary
This role will lead strategic transformation efforts across the Hobart site by identifying, developing, and executing initiatives that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include enhancing site metrics, strengthening alignment with enterprise objectives, driving sustainable value creation, and leveraging advanced AI technologies to modernize and optimize critical operational processes.
