About the role:

We are looking for a hybrid Social Media Strategist and Operator

(hands on) who can bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will act as the "Creative Director" for social—owning the big-picture strategy, content calendar, and organic growth while guiding our in-house designer and video editors. While you will have design and video support, you must be resourceful and capable of jumping into execution (copywriting, basic design, AI prompt engineering, posting) when needed.

This role blends content strategy, digital PR/outreach, brand building, and light paid media oversight to expand our reach among high-net-worth families, drive workshop registrations, and build a pipeline for future investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Strategy & Creative Direction: Own the content strategy, social calendar, and execution across both brands (

• Direct in-house graphic designers and video editors with clear briefs and visual vision; maintain high quality-control standards before content goes live.
• Research industry trends and competitors to design scroll-stopping content tailored to mature, high-net-worth audiences.
• Top-of-Funnel Growth / Paid Media Strategy: Manage paid social media campaigns focused on top-of-funnel brand awareness (driving book giveaways and workshop registrations for Thriving Families rather than direct investment lead gen).
• Setup, test, and optimize Meta/social advertising settings to reach high-net-worth families.
• Utilize AI tools, custom prompts, and retargeting strategies to keep content pipelines full and cost-effective.
• Digital PR & Community Outreach: Adopt a proactive
• Digital PR mindset
• : identify and reach out to relevant influencers, partner brands, and communities via DMs and digital channels to expand brand reach.
• Oversee community health across platforms—engaging thoughtfully in comments and DMs to build genuine relationships with followers.
• Content Production & AI Utilization: Write polished, intelligent copy tailored to a 40–70 year old demographic (zero fluff, no excessive emojis, clear value).
• Leverage AI workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline research, drafting, scheduling, and repurposing content at scale.
