Licensed Support ABA, (LBAPS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, mentoring team members, and developing individualized treatment plans that help clients reach their goals. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer BCBA looking to continue growing professionally, we provide the support and resources needed to help you thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
