LBAPS is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead and oversee our growing billing department. This role is responsible for managing billing operations, supervising staff, ensuring timely claims submission, monitoring collections, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily billing operations and billing team
• Oversee claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up
• Monitor denials and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Develop reporting and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to improve revenue cycle performance

Qualifications:

• Healthcare billing management experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance claims and reimbursement processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
