Scanning Clerk-Burlington, Vermont

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented team-player to join a startup-like product innovation team in our Burlington, Vermont office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for producing digital copies of documents.  A key priority for Sakon is to enhance the consumer experience of our platform and better operationalize the activities occurring by administrative users and service providers of our platform.

Responsibilities: Sort mail daily.

Checks PO Boxes at the post office as needed.

Scans and uploads documents electronically into the FTP server.

Updates the scanning report daily.

Email vendor teams when vendor files are complete and CC:  Invoice Mgmt Supervisor.

Maintains confidentiality of the files and ensures they are properly stored.

Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and project milestones.

Manage project plans, deliverables, milestone schedules and weekly task lists.

Communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
