THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, you’ll take a leadership role in the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
You'll partner directly with Project Executives, Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive the budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall success of your projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership and accountability—not simply another seat at the table.
Lead all daily on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
Drive the project schedule and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure construction conforms to project plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Conduct daily site inspections focused on safety, quality, cleanliness, and progress.
Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
Enforce Ironcore safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements.
Partner with Project Managers to coordinate field and office operations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate daily logs, RFIs, change-order documentation, and other required field records.
Monitor project costs and support effective budget and cost controls.
Identify construction conflicts and field issues early and drive them toward resolution.
Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
Lead punch-list completion and project closeout.
Develop and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field team members.
Set the tone for an accountable, collaborative, organized, and safety-first jobsite.
