Context
Valtech delivers and operates business-critical digital platforms for large, complex e-commerce and omnichannel ecosystems, under high expectations of quality, performance and reliability. Within this context, quality execution must be predictable, automated where possible, and closely embedded in each squad's delivery rhythm.
The Lead QA is the operational backbone of quality on the ground — translating the Head of Quality's vision and standards into concrete test strategy, coverage and outcomes at squad/program level leveraging AI as much as possible. The Lead QA ensures QA is never a bottleneck, never a silo, and always a trusted signal for release readiness.
