Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is a rapidly growing ABA organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through high-quality autism services. We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven

Director of Outreach to lead and expand our community outreach and referral development efforts.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional who is passionate about growth, partnership-building, and creating meaningful connections within schools, healthcare networks, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee outreach initiatives and community engagement strategies
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, physicians, agencies, and community organizations
• Drive client referrals and support organizational growth initiatives
• Supervise and mentor outreach team members while monitoring performance metrics and goals
• Represent LBAPS professionally at networking events, meetings, and community programs
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach

Qualifications:

• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Background in outreach, business development, healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or related fields
• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
• Passion for helping children and families access quality services
