LBAPS / Bright Start ABA is looking for a proactive

Client Outreach Coordinator to expand our network and connect families with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate leads.
• Identify key decision-makers and establish valuable relationships.
• Follow up with client organizations to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams.
• Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and care.
• Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
• Utilize online resources for prospecting and research.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
• Drive business development by sponsoring events and networking.
• Identify publication opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and targeted email/e-marketing campaigns.
