Requirements & Qualifications
- Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Licensure
- Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Missouri pharmacists must obtain a Medication Therapy Services Certificate within 90 days of hire
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of active clinical practice in a specialty area
- Ambulatory Care experience strongly preferred
- Certifications
- Active Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Certification preferred, ideally within specialty practice area
