Medical Lab Scientist Sr. - Laboratory Billing Monday-Friday Days (ORMC)

Position Summary 🔬 Now Hiring: Medical Laboratory Scientist Sr. Laboratory Billing & Support Orlando Health Clinical Laboratories 🔬 Are you an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to take the next step in your career? Orlando Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist Sr. to join our Laboratory Support Team to aide in laboratory billing and compliance. What You'll Do: Review laboratory charges and billing records for accuracy. Ensure the correct CPT and ICD-10 codes are used.

Research denied claims and work with Revenue Cycle to resolve them. Identify billing trends and recommend corrections. Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field ✔ Completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship ✔ Minimum of 3 years of Medical Laboratory Science experience ✔ Current Florida Medical Technologist License required ✔ ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification preferred Why Orlando Health?
