We are seeking a team-focused and results-oriented Regional Sales Director in our Royal Oak office to lead our experienced sales team covering Michigan, Northern Ohio, Northern Indiana. The team’s focus is increasing sales of building materials including Dupont’s Corian® Design surfaces (Corian® Solid Surface and Corian® Quartz) and cabinetry (Cabinetworks/Merillat and others) in both commercial and residential applications.
The key customers and influencers in the market are stone and solid surface fabricators, millwork companies, builders/contractors and the architect and design community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the region’s growth strategy through sales team management and building trusted relationships with key contacts and owners of major accounts:
- Strengthen the sales team through training and mentorship, including implementing measurable action and results-based sales team goals.
- Provide day-to-day territory management as a go-to resource and problem solver for sales and other internal stakeholders (customer service, warehouse, accounting) as well as day-to-day management of the sales team.
