Schedule:
Approximatly 10/11am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday starting in September

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS)
, we are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs throughout Staten Island and the greater NYC area. We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. If you’re looking for a position with consistent support, meaningful work, and opportunities for professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a school settings
- Follow Treament Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- 6 months experience working with children strongly preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
