supporting the ED at Progress West Hospital to help reduce readmissions and revisits, and also assisting with inpatient social work assistance for the current inpatietn social worker.
Full Time
- 40 Hours Per Week, M-F, Rotating Weekends on call
Day Shif t: 8am-430pm
