BJC Health is seeking a Full-Time
MRI Supervisor for Alton Memorial Hospital!
Position Details:
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Day Shift: Monday thru Friday (with flexibility to meet team needs)
- Support team members through regular check ins & coaching
- Coordinate & manage staff scheduling to meet operational needs
- Monitor budget performance & identify variances
- Clearly explain expectations, goals, and changes while actively listening to employees
- Oversee daily department operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Also lead people, develop staff, solve problems, communicate clearly, and create an environment where employees can succeed
Experience:
Prior Leadership, Charge, or Supervisor experience
Registered MRI Required
