About the role
The Sr Staff M anufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for leading the measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes, developing process es and related tooling, implementing standard operating procedures , driving continuous improvements in the factory , implementing new technologies, leading and supporting long term initiatives, teaching best practices for engineering and factory execution, and mentoring more junior members of the Manufacturing Engineering Team .
The Process Owner’s scope of responsibility covers deep knowledge and support for an assigned production process ( Assembly , Integration, T esting, or S hipment P reparation) as well as the interaction of th eir process with the overall factory flow .
