, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. If you’re committed to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive, we want you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings.
- Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
- Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in new hire check-ins to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT certification.
- Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for supporting the autism community.
