Collision Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• · Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards
• · Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs
• · Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels
• · Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• · Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Requirements

• · Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience
• · Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment
• · Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures
• · I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!)
• · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• · Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
• · Willingness to learn and grow with our team
• · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
