Service Manager

Gallo Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our expanding team of HVAC and plumbing technicians in the delivery of commercial service work. This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular on-site presence to oversee work quality, guide technician performance, and ensure adherence to company and customer standards.

The Service Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers, representing Gallo Mechanical Services with professionalism and ensuring clear, accurate communication throughout each engagement. This role plays a key part in sustaining customer satisfaction and supporting continued growth within the branch.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance
• Partner with the Branch Manager on staffing, customer needs, and day-to-day operations
• Ensure technicians deliver work that meets customer and company standards
