Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing IT company. This is a dedicated, 100% outbound role built for a hunter who thrives on prospecting, building strategic partner relationships, and driving new logo acquisition from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Partner Collaboration: Cultivate and nurture strategic partner relationships to expand our market reach and generate collaborative pipeline growth.
• In-Person Networking & Relationship Building: Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and mixers. Be completely comfortable taking clients, partners, and prospects out for networking lunches and dinners to deepen relationships and drive business.
• Market Feedback: Provide insights from outbound conversations to help refine our IT service positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For/ Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or technology solutions space.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A resilient, self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external channel partners.
• Comfortable with a high-performance, commission-driven compensation model.
