To strengthen our team in Portugal, we are looking for a motivated and driven
Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our point of sale at the Lisbon Oriente bus station
. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
This is a shift-based role, with shifts scheduled across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.
FlixBus Shop is open every day from 7.30 to 20.30.

About the Role
Provide high-quality service to passengers, including assistance with boarding, transfers, travel disruptions such as delays, and clear travel information in Portuguese and English
Manage ticket sales, provide after sale services, and daily cash handling in the Flix Shop
Manage reservations, cancellations and adjust bookings in case of delays or changes, communicating with passengers and partners when needed, handle unexpected situations with minimal impact
