Part-Time Social worker / Social Services Designee - Cura of Melrose

*This position is Part-Time, 16-24 hours per week

At Cura of Melrose, we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Pasrt Time Social Worker or Social Services Designee to join our interdisciplinary care team. As a Social Worker, you will play an important role in supporting the psychosocial well-being, dignity, and quality of life of our residents.

You will work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to identify individual needs, provide support and resources, assist with care planning and discharge planning, and advocate for resident preferences and rights.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to providing resident-centered support throughout each resident’s stay. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate sensitive situations professionally, and a passion for supporting residents and their families.
