Indirect Buyer Level 2

The Indirect Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing the goods and services needed to support daily business operations, including facilities, maintenance, IT, equipment, and professional services. This role manages competitive sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up to ensure timely service and cost-effective purchasing.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, Finance, and Contracts, the Indirect Buyer follows company purchasing policies and applicable Government contracting requirements, maintains accurate procurement documentation, and supports appropriate cost classification and audit readiness. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong supplier relationships, attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational needs, cost, quality, and compliance.
