Exterior Contract Verification Specialist

Job Summary: Contract Verification Specialist fulfills a support role responsible for the initial review, confirmation of contract with the customer, converting sold jobs and moving into production through the approved and documented material ordering processes. The overall objective of this role is to ensure viability of contract as sold and ensure Customer and Production expectations are aligned.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate sales contracts for accuracy, completeness, and scope of work.

2. Establish communication loop with sales management with detailed error tracking for continuous improvement.

3. Add list of materials required (if applicable)

4. Assist Production Managers in understanding and determining the best product and processes available to move jobs forward.

5. Provide timely product information to HIC’s to assist in selling the job.

6. Correspond tactfully and maintain a professional and positive relationship with sales and production leadership.

7. When necessary, obtain department approval for alternative solutions for installation.

Pay: Base Salary of $60,000 plus the potential of a monthly incentive

Requirements

• Primary Responsibilities: · Contract Review: Verify completeness, producibility as sold.
• · Contract Review: Coordinate with Sales if corrections or revisions are required.
• · Material Order: Ordering of approved materials congruent with internal processes
• · Tech Measure Need: Determine and schedule pre-install inspection if required.
• · Reporting: Track and submit contract issues to Trainer and management.
