Compensation
Compensation & Assignment Details:
- Role Type: Full-Time, Seasonal W2 Employment ( November through March 31st )
- Base Compensation: $60,000 flat base pay for the 5-month assignment
- Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 performance-based incentive
- Total Target Compensation: Up to $65,000 over the 5-month term
The pay range or fixed compensation listed for this position is what the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting . Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package.
Actual base pay offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, professional licenses or certifications held, assignment duration, and geographic location.
