Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key operational leader responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of dispensary performance. The AGM drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, inventory integrity, and exceptional guest experiences while developing high-performing teams. This position serves as the acting General Manager when required and plays a critical role in executing company initiatives, coaching leaders, and maintaining The Garden culture of accountability.
