Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's Human Resource Department and is responsible for implementing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and full cycle recruitment process.

This role partners with hiring managers and organizational leaders to identify workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract qualified talent to support current and future business needs. The position manages recruiting processes and compliance, builds and maintains candidate pipelines, supports employer branding, and represents VIGILINT at recruiting events.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist also uses workforce planning and recruiting data to proactively support organizational growth while ensuring a consistent and professional hiring process.

Create and maintain an environment with competitive advantage in support of the company's strategic plan.

Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel through full cycle recruiting and hiring.

Develop appropriate recruitment marketing strategies, coordinate project support with hiring team, and establish service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
